Neighbourhood

Oisterwijk is also called 'the pearl of Brabant' and for good reason! The flat is located at the beginning of De Lind, one of the most beautiful streets in North Brabant. Luxury boutiques alternate with fine restaurants here and nature is always close at hand. The central train station is a short walk away, as are supermarkets. The street is cosy and parking is possible nearby.

Space

The very spacious living room has a large window at the front with curtains to ensure privacy. The open kitchen lends itself to extensive cooking and is fully equipped. The two bedrooms both have a luxury box spring which can be pushed apart to create two separate sleeping areas. The bathroom is functional and the patio offers all the privacy you need to enjoy the fresh air or the sun!

Notes

- There is no separate radiator in the smallest bedroom. An additional heating element can be provided if required. - Please separate rubbish and put it in separate bags ready for departure. - You will receive two forms after booking, thank you in advance for your cooperation!

- Visits are allowed only after consultation with the host

- Paid sex work is strictly prohibited

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It is allowed in the garden.

- You may be asked for a copy of ID

- The names of all guests staying should be passed on

- After booking, you will receive a welcome message containing a link to our rental agreement. This contains only the house rules.

- for your and our security, there is a camera outside the front door

- The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Oisterwijk is charged separately

- An early check in or late check out is possible after consultation and based on availability. Both options cost €35 and are charged separately.

Cancellation policy

You are free to cancel up until 14 days upon arrival. After this period we dont provide any refunds.
