Neighbourhood

The flat is located in the old Zeeheldenkwartier. It is located in the middle of the city, with the city centre being just a 5-minute walk away. As it is located on the second and third floor, you will enjoy the peace while overlooking all the famous buildings of Tilburg. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. Parking is available around the apartment, which is partly paid. Don't necessarily need a car? We will gladly provide you with tips on where to park your car cheaply and safely in the neighbourhood!

Access

A key box is located at the front door. You will receive the code 1 day before arrival together with all important check-in information.

Space

You enter the apartment in the living room with open-plan kitchen. Here you will find a comfortable sofa that folds out into a full-size sofa bed if desired. There is a smart TV. The first bedroom is also on this floor, as is a toilet. On the top floor is the second bedroom with adjacent a nice bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Here is also the second toilet. From this bedroom, you walk onto the roof terrace to enjoy the peace and quiet and panoramic views over the city! * The beds in the bedrooms can be separated

- The flat is in a building with several flats. - For your and our security, there is a camera at the entrance of the flat - After booking, you will receive two forms to fill in. Thank you in advance!

Paid sex work is strictly forbidden

- Early check in or late check out is only available after confirmation from the host and there is a fee of €25 for each option.

- Smoking is not aloud in the apartment, only on the rooftop terrace

- Please be mindful of the neighbours and respect quiet times

- For your and our safety there is a camera installed at the entrance of the apartment

- We might ask you for a copy of your ID

- Visitors are only aloud after consultation with the host

- You'll receive a rental agreement right after making the reservation. This only contains the house rules as described in the listing.
